The protection of your privacy is very important to us at Holy Spirit Ministries, Inc.  We value your trust, and want you to understand what information we collect, how we protect it, and how it is used.  Personal Information – nonpublic information that identifies you – is essential to HSM, Inc. in meeting its goal to provide you with our products, services and ministry, and will be treated with respect and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you contact Holy Spirit Ministries, Inc., we may request certain information in order to provide the services and\or products you have requested or to minister to you.  This may include identification and contact information, as well as transactions and past experiences with HSM, Inc.  Examples where such information may be requested include, but are not limited to: subscriptions, prayer requests, meeting registration forms or other forms which may contain your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, and past transactions you have had with us.

Any reference to “Holy Spirit Ministries, Inc.” or “HSM, Inc.”  within the context of this Privacy Policy is intended, and shall be considered to be inclusive of each and all entities operated by Holy Spirit Ministries, Inc., including its church “Holy Spirit Ministries Outreach Center.”

- HSM, Inc. will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

- HSM, Inc. will only share personal information in the interest of public safety and as required by  law.

- HSM, Inc. will notify you, and seek approval, in the event we desire to use any information

  covered by this policy in any manner not already described herein.

- HSM, Inc. may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or other   

  people when: we have your consent to share the information; or, we need to share your

  information to provide the product or service you have requested.

- HSM, Inc. will require other servicing companies to whom we disclose personal information to

  adhere to our Privacy Policy standards.  All related authorizations and disclosures will conform

  to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

- HSM, Inc. restricts access to your personal information to only those employees who have

  reasonable need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you.

- HSM, Inc. will make every effort to ensure that the privacy and other rights of children (minors)

  are not compromised.  It is recommended that children have a parent or guardian verify their
  subscription/registration with HSM, Inc.

- HSM, Inc. may use information found in testimonies to promote the work of God in our newsletters or online
  articles, your full name and address will be protected and no personal information will be included, credit will be
  given by using the initials of the individual and the state they are from, if known.
